What do you think of my build?

    http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=15924311

My CPU is making my comp very slow, and is "underclocking" my GPU or whatever you may call it. This is why I am buying these new parts.

What do you think of them so far? Anything I can add for the same price/something slightly better for a bit better price? Something? Thanks.

    I already have
-600W PSU (Used PSU calc, and I'll be using 500W or less with new parts, currently use 300 total.)
-GTS 450 Gfx card (I'm a VERY light gamer, I don't have more than one monitor and I'm fine with playing games on normal settings)
    -Nice 1920x1080 monitor
    -Nice speakers
    -Nice headphones
    -Great mouse with 4,000 DPI
-2004 eMachines keyboard ftw! I love it.

You start with the motherboard and go from there.

Is there something wrong with the motherboard? I looked through the specifications and it seems fine to me - Works with my ram's speeds, dual channel compatible, CPU socket etc. I don't see a problem.

Oh, you're adding this to your existing motherboard. My bad. I thought you this was a total rebuild. Looks good overall. Did you mention how much memory you currently have? We can't see your newegg link. Kick out a few more bucks and get the Radeon HD 6850. A huge difference in performance for a little difference in price.

I think that your Newegg wish list is only viewable by you.

I just purchased the ASRock Extreme 4. It was DOA, and I sent it back. Purchased an Asus instead. You may have better luck, but I'm not getting an ASRock again.

    What about this:

ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
