Computer Crashes, Is my computer overheated?

Helluh, I've been having a thread on the hardware section for 2 weeks now. My computers been crashing randomly since i builed it. We found the problem (PSU).

I'm here cause i was playing battlefield3 earlier with some friends and i felt my computer just for 2 sec. It felt kinda hot so i felt at the top where the air is coming out. it was kinda hot too. I took some pictures while playing battlefield and running HWmonitor.

The Limit for my "AMD Phenom II x6 1100T (CPU)" is 62 degrease.


I also got a 200x30 FAN right above my CPU fan. Looks like its pushing air away from my CPU Fan, SHould i turn off my fan at the top?

Does it have any effect?

That CPU can run at 60-65 degrees before getting remotely stressed. The fan above the CPU is acting against the cpu cooler fan though, wether it be straight above or at right angles, in fact at right angles it could seriously screw up your cpu cooler intake. If it's needed then blowing coolr air towards would be a better idea.

Well you are running a great case, with an over sized aftermarket cooler on the chip so all looks good there. Temps are about right as far as I can tell. The 560's run hot so that's normal. I would make sure the case is getting good air flow, check any filters and regularly open the case and check for dust build up on the fins of the CPU & GPU. Top fan exhausting is how I like things. If you want later you can install a hydro series sealed water cooler but even that we're only talking several degree's at best. With bottom mounted PSU's like my case I regularly blow that out as well as it's the closest to my carpet. Is your case on a desk. underneath a desk, on carpet, hardwood/tile?

Its under my desk, it used to be on my desk but i moved it under and made some space for it in the back aswell.

Anyways, I just bought my new PSU today for $250. My computer is still crashing

If my CPU is defective would or come up with a error and could a computer even start if it had a defect?

I've tried to disable the big fans. Its all the same.

The temps don't seem to be excessive. Please tell me is the top fan an intake or exhaust fan? And are you using the stock CPU cooler that came with the AMD chip?

Yes i have

40 degrees under load is well within ok limits before i got my h60 i would hit 60 degrees when playeing bf3 and as for your gpu mine his like 60+ degrees in bf3 so your more than fine at these temps and they should be very stable temps
