    ello folks
being so close to 4GHz i just had to check passed a standard intel burn test. i wont try any higher now tho. no change in temps as its still @ stock voltage. i can see why peeps get so into oc'n but im gonna leave it there unless it shows any signs of instability then il either drop it bk down or just up the vcore slightly

    cheers
i know the windows experience index score is nothin to go by but b4 i raised my cpu to 4GHz my scores were 7.4, 7.5, 7.9, 7.9, 5.9
    now they're 7.5, 7.9, 7.9, 7.9, 5.9
im still not gonna invest in an ssd tho as the primary use of my pc is gaming and i already load into game as fast as peeps with an ssd. so i cant see the point in gettin one. not for me anyway. maybe if i learn to do some video editing n so on.
im a happy bunny now lol but still may get me an fx-8120 be

Bill, what did you get from that link you posted? I read it as there is not much difference between the AX and the HX850.

Steve all I see is the AX850 is completely modular, the 20+4 and EPS 12V connectors are removable. The HX series have those permanently attached to the PSU.
