average expected overclock of x6 1045t on stock cooler

    Hey guys,

Literally the title is exactly what I'm asking. Trying to get a healthy moderate overclock on a system for a client before I push it out to them in a couple hours, partially to make em happy with an added "plus it's faster than stock!" surprise, and partially for fun. This CPU's been around for about a million years for overclockers now though, so there's gonna be a good average for what people get on stock cooling and I'm looking for a quick and concise answer. No "why would you..." or "depends on the environment" or anything, just a short and sweet please. Thank you

Each system as is each chip responds differently. I've noticed with all of my AMD chips that on stock with good case cooling about the best hovered between an easy 10% to a progressively more difficult 12-15% the higher percentages would heat lock in Summer temps so I would back OC'g back on hot days. Now with water I average a much healthier OC and in reality I would suggest you keep things in the 10-12% range on stock but remember any overclock stresses your components so slow and steady wins this race every time.

Thanks much. I was really asking more for the specifics on just the 1045T though, I've got a good decade of experience with custom rigs and extreme overclocking. I just wanted to know the average clocks that 6-core Thuban chip for a quick reference. I'm sure out of the hundreds of thousands of overclocked 1045t's in the world there's obviously gonna be a good average baseline established by now and at that moment I didn't have time to do a full testing process to find out what that was myself.

Understand and as a quad core Phenom user of several styles and now a Zambezi 8 core user I could only speculate on the 6 core. I don't have to tell you that it will over clock like crazy but on stock cooling you can't expect to add a lot of voltage before it just protects it's self.
