RAM is not working on 1333Mhz

I have Corsair 4GB module, which is working on 1333MHz, but it's working on 1066 only.
I got this module: Corsair Memory

When I set ram freq. in BIOS on 1333MHz, pc is not starting. I got: Overclocking error.

It's set on auto, and it's working on 1066MHz.

Why I got this ? The mobo can handle up to 1333(1600 OC), and the module is 1333MHz.

Hi Stalker, it could be due to the latency being set too low in your bios.

According to the link you provided, Corsair says it should be 9-9-9-24 and according to your CPUz screenshot its set tighter than that at 8-8-8-20.

I would recommend setting the timings manually and trying 1333mhz and see if it runs.

Hello Paul, thanks for answering. I change them to 9-9-9-24, but the frequency was again the same.
There freq. was set in auto. Should I set the timings to 9-9-9-24 and set to DRAM FREQ. = 1333MHz?

I just set them to 9-9-9-24 and 1333, but again pc cannot start. Monitor is just blinking. Overclocking error I got again.

Just a though. The G630 chip specs indicate 1066 only. It might be locked.

Is this the problem.

I was thinking about that also. But one member from other forum said, that he's friend has G620 and he use memory with 1600MHz.
Edit:

I'm using old version of BIOS. Here is newest:

P8H61-M LX3 PLUS BIOS 0410
1.Improve system stability.
2.Improve memory compatibility.

Should I update it, maybe that's the problem?

Well it's your call of course. If it was my computer I would do more research. A friend told a friend that told a friend is not a good reason to do anything. Because those updates are stability and memory updates I would try them if the research convinced me. Check out the Asus Forum; their might be something there.
