    Nice scores Gary

@Tommy ya know i can't remember the cpu temp when i ran it which means it didn't get too hot. I would have remembered it but i'll re-run it and find out for ya.

Hivizman on the rog forum said in a post that the benchmark is harder for him to pass than the stress test.

So I am not the only one then I suppose it reved up to 59c when I did it again and only on the video editing part the image part didn't peak past 35c

It must be a hard test on peoples computers then or certain one's I suppose it never crash I just don't like the temps

When I game for hours on ultra high or extreme settings I get to about 40c -44c max temps big difference there

To be honest I didn't think it was that harsh on Temps, on IBT or Prime I will get into the high 70s low 80s iirc and at the same speed on this I got 66C.

Gaming is a different story again, usually I will max out at around 55C after a few hours playing Grid 2.

See what I am saying Paul temps on using stress programs give you in the high 70's I stress this computer many time and I have posted as well just it seems kind of weird from this one random test my temps skyrocket up

I have only gotten to 60c one time with prime and IBT and that was running 5ghz

So now im thinking maybe it isn't my unit just something else I suppose

My temps got up a little, but not as high as Prime or IBT. I think the highest I recall the CPU was 61, which is not bad at all. According to the guy who designed this test, it is not an artificial test like Prime and IBT. It is supposed to be a 'real world' test based on applications that people use and run. All the applications are open source, like handbrake. That is a commonly used program for people who do video encoding. Encoding is pretty CPU intensive anyway. I know there are a lot of people who disagree with me, but I think a 'real world' stress test that uses real world applications that people are actually likely to use is a better stability test than artificial tests that stress your CPU in ways you never will, and for the most part, can't.

Nice score Gary, so I take it you cannot see my score then? Maybe you need to make some adjustments to your monitor.

    Paul.
I can see scores with a magnifying glass. Just not enough contrast in the program. I have my contrast set up all the way. White fonts would be much better, or a light gray background.

Ok so I re ran the test and let it fly so after I let it fly for a while on the video encoding I got the Handbrake message like Kbrady so much for that it was fun trying though

Patrick, I changed my D14 for a Corsair H100, and the D14 did a better job,
I recall that period. Tbh the more I've thought about it, the more I came to the same realization re custom watercooling.

Funny about that odd temp with only one fan. leads me to believe a faster 140mm would make more difference.
