That looks seriously awesome. Pretty bright though, hope it has a separate switch for the lights...

I should post pic's of my NZXT kit. it is the HUE color changing kit.
Out of curiosity, can you set those lights to virtually any colour, or are there just a bunch of pre-set colours?
there are three knobs on the front panel that control RBG. you can also set it to oscillate at different speeds through all colors or the color you have set. so you can set it to any color in the world.

I usually either go with red or blue since my case fans are blue it looks nice with both, but my case fans are really bright in comparison... only thing is that they are not as bright as dedicated colors because you have 3small leds where 1 color led would be along a strip. you can add to the strip though so I will be getting another strip and wrapping around inside of case again. 1 stip is enough for one case, but two would be much brighter.

You can also set them all the way down/turn them off if you have it in a room that you would like to be dark at night or while watching movies etc.

    Thorsen,
That's a wicked bit O kit as well. I really like the fact you can control all the colors and intensity. The basic kit has on off and three levels of intensity and of course you order the color.

The pic's I have of my case really don't do it justice and the case i have has a "smoked" side panel so it makes it much dimmer. I might replace the fans with non-LED fans or do some crazy mod to turn the Fan LED's off/on with a toggle switch < this is way over my head right now though.

I haven't found the right camera settings to capture LED's at night yet. One of these days I'll drag out the real camera and my tripod and play with settings but everyone gets the idea. I now can choose white leds or blue or both as shown.

Awesome, that sounds like the perfect lighting setup.. Thanks for the info. I think I'll have to add that to my list of gadgets to get...

They look nice mates, but the red LEDs on my mobo are irritating enough for me.

Haven't been around for a few days and looks like I missed a lot!
Sorry for that, but I was finishing my new rig and it took a bit longer, and a lot more effort, than expected.

@Lady F, Just amazing! What you do with cables is beyond comprehension. I really love your work.

@Dallas7, great looking, lean and mean rig!

@Alan, seriously good looking rig. I really like how it looks with the new leds!

@Zalith, my new board has 1 x 8 pin EPS, 1 x 4 pin EPS and 1 x 4 pin molex connectors. Maybe I can run 3 or 4 processors with it? It is a pity that it only has one socket!

    Cheers guys,

    J

    At last!

    Well, here are the pics.
It took a lot of time and effort, but it is running and OC'ed.
Ran some benchmarks and stability apps, and I'm just amazed at how well it runs, how cool it runs, and how smooth Crysis3 runs on the new video cards.

Steve and Alsis, thanks a lot for your help and advice. It really made everything a lot easier.

    Cheers,

    J

P.S.: After seeing what Lady F did with her cables I do not dare to upload pics of the backside...

    You are welcome.
Maybe you can put together some tutorials on cable management?
