Hum shame mate I used the Intel LC and it has been fine you could use one of the better air coolers because the stock is not in my mind up to the job.

Noctua have a good choice myself I use the Arctic Freezer 13 inmy Sandy Bidge and tester and it is good although fairly large.

The GPU just use Speccy it will bring up details for the NVidia for you I have only got a simple one in mine but you can see what I mean in pic

    Speccy - Download from piriform

My ASUS P9X79 WS defaults to 1333 but can be set up to 1600 without overclocking.

Talking about new hardware taking a dump...I just picked up my new card reader from my mail service today and I can't get the stupid thing to work. The USB 3.0 ports work but the card reader won't read cards. Heck, the computer doesn't even see it. I have an inquiry in to the mfg. but, if I don't get this thing working by tomorrow evening, I'm getting a RMA from NewEgg and shipping it back.

Yep Adam That Arctic is a fairly large unit as is the Deepcool Ganer Storm Assassin DEEPCOOL - GAMER STORM - ASSASSIN - Design I was going to go that but it overhung the slots so why I went LC.
one that is quite popular is this and it is very quiet too Noctua.at - sound-optimised premium components "Designed in Austria"!
