    Case

Take a look at this one.
Newegg.com - ZALMAN Z12 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

I recommend it because I use it, they have a Z12 plus also. They both meet your requirements well under the price you looking for.

I don't own the HAF X, but quite a few people here swear by them. Some of Corsair's cases are really popular as well.

    1. Lots of room.
    2. Proper air flow and the ability to customize it for improvement of air flow and extra fans if needed.
    3. The ability to access the back of the motherboard for cpu cooling replacement without removing the motherboard.
    4. Clean and neat cable and harness routing capabilities.
    5. Brand name that has a good or better reputation.
    6. Bottom mounted power supply. It keep the power supply away from the motherboard and it allows more options for cooling at the top of the case.
    7. If possible removable hard drive storage racks like the Corsair T600 case. Also intake air filters.
    8. The ability of using a single unit water cooling if desired.

    See my specs.

You would have to be crazy not to go the HAF XM Mine is awesome and my next build case

    HAF XM

Meant to add that although not as tall as the X the XM is wider and deeper - look at the dimensions alongside each other and itis cheaper
