I wish but just to let you know i had to mark it unsolved it happened again no longer then 20 min after IBT so it isn't the OC as you see 10 legit passes and didn't shut down for like 20 min after

I am going to check my PSU fan if it isn't spining then im going to contact corsair for a RMA
meanwhile i could either throw a subpar PSU on another back up rig with a 6870 till the other PSU gets here but im not sure if i can handle the waiting so i might just get a new one but just making sure the other one is broken first

I stressed my Pc underload with IBT and Cinebench my PSU fan did spin not once during those test

It should have done something even though it wasn't that hard of a load correct ? start up the fan attemps to move but stays still you think this could be the culprit ?

Just contacted XMS Yellowbeard with Corsair i'm going to see what his answer to me about this is

Could be and that would account for the hot PSU. I'd not use a sub-par PSU as that could damage something. Buy a new PSU and RMA the AX860 too, then you'll have a nice backup/test PSU.

That's what i am thinking they don't even have the AX850 on there list of RMA's all 860's

I still went ahead and RMA it the best i could looks like i'll be going for that 1050watt silver rated corsair which should still be a good investment cost me 124.99 it's on sale right now the gold version is 209.99 you tell me what is a better deal ?

I'd jump all over the 1050 Silver.
No RMA list for all of 860s?

One CPU core maxed out
This issue happens randomly and only hard restart fixes it: basically sometimes the computer goes crazy. It starts even before loginning in. Password takes a lot of time to type (those dots appear extremly slowly). However it does allow me to log in. When I check the task manager it looks like...

CPU maxed out!
I recently had an infection on my Win7 machine yesterday (long story)...anyways, I removed everything and I am noticing frequent maxed out CPU. Currently, the only things I have running is Firefox, Office Outlook 2010, IE, Adobe Reader, and Word 2010. Why is the CPU going crazy? I did look in the...

Maxed out CPU as soon as i boot up
I recently installed windows 7 onto my computer and since then my cpu has run at or very near 100%. I haven't had any BSODs, yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they started to occur if my system continues to run maxed out like it is. Below are some screen shots of my task manager and a program I...

Mic volume very low even when maxed
Hi everyone, I've noticed with Windows 7, the mic volume seems to be very low. I've cranked it up to max volume already. If I use mic boost, the sound quality becomes ****. Currently using Realtek HD Audio Manager and Steelseries 5H headset. (If it matters, I'm using the lines, no usb)

Maxed out CPU after MSE completes full scan
I ran a full scan last night with Microsoft Security Essentials, which completed successfully. The problem is once the scan completed, the HDD was thrashing like crazy and the CPU was maxed at 100%. I waited for about 5min thinking MSE was just finishing something up in the background but it never...
