Now i only need to Put in the Xigmatek cooler which i have absolutely no idea how to do.
    Seems pretty straightforward.

However, you do need the board out of the case, because you will first have to mount the backplate onto the back of the motherboard.
If you did not get the instruction manual, here it is.

Xigmatech Achilles II SD1284 Support & Downloads

Download and read/print the User Manual, lay out all the items needed acc. to serial number, and you should be good to go.

I am attaching the relevant parts as images so you can print them large, each one on a separate sheet of A4.

Remember the holes on the raised legs of the backplate are for the Intel sockets, so you will have to place the backplate with those legs touching the motherboard at the holes for the CPU cooler mounting pins. In the illustration, if the background is the motherboard, that is how the backplate needs to go.
Wow thanks a lot pillianp :)
Okay i just read the manual and its pretty straight forward,i think i can put it in without taking out the board as there is a huge space behind the mobo tray for putting in these types of CPU coolers. I will (just to be on the safe side) watch a tutorial on youtube too since this is my first time putting in a non-stock cooler,im pretty nervous.

I can relate to the nervousness. When I built my rig, I had never installed a cooler...period. I was as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I installed and removed it a couple of times to make sure I was getting the TIM on correctly (the first time, I had a bit too much).

Just take your time, do your homework, look for videos on installation and you'll be fine. Measure twice, cut once...

A good night's sleep before tackling it is a good idea. Sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite!

Trust me, it's worth it. Intel cooler don't do a good job at all. With the new on you may see temps more in the 32-34C range. If you put a little stress on the CPU it will get hot with Intel's cooler.
Take the Intel cooler off, look over the instructions, position the backplate and put the screws in to mount it, clean of the TIM and what is on the Xigmatek. Apply new TIM to the CPU, a rice grain size drop, position the cooler where it should be and tighten the screws down. Tighten them in a cross fashion a little at a time until all are tight. Done!

If as I think you are in Pakistan, it must be pretty warm up there.

I am using a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO with 2 90CFM fans (in push pull) in an HAF X with about 4 other fans in it, and my CPU is pushing 64°C at an ambient of ~30°C with my CPU at 4.6GHz.

Trust me, if you are even planning to OC, you need a cooler.
