Cooler Master RR-B10-212P-GP Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler - 120mm, LGA 1366, 1156, 775, AMD AM3, AM2+, AM2 at TigerDirect.com
this one is cheaper at us
GELID Solutions Tranquillo CC-TranQ-01-A 120mm Hydro Dynamic CPU Cooler - Newegg.com

isnt better? or that hyper 212 could handle a 2nd fan too?
Hyper 101 and Hyper 212 can use dual fan solutions

You're on the right path but don't forget to add a front case fan as well. Maybe get a nice twin pack of these:
XIGMATEK CFS-SXGJS-BU2 Case Fan - Newegg.com
Use them in push/pull and take the stock CPU coolers fan and place it in the front of the case, but you may also want to speed reduce it with a resistor!

Sure you'll be able to put almost any PSU in that case. If you're going with a new case of that quality it will have a air flow scheme already. Cool intake from the front, hot case air exhaust from rear and top. Your choice will be to place the PSU with cool air from outside or warm air from case. I like warm air from case unless you have this high on a desk then draw air from outside. Now if you upgraded from air to a sealed water cpu cooler then we could talk more option for air flow but that's not the case! No pun intended !

I'm an Audio guy mostly, other than Halo and Fallout 3 I really don't play a lot of games. I do, however, hate having GPU core temps bumping to 60-70 Celsius at Idle, for no Reason... (except later learning that my fan was barely running and was about to die anyways... so good timing I guess...)...
