I leave my OC at 4.5 or 4.6. Temps when under load reach the 70's but idle temps are in the 30's. When I did the overclock runs, it was only long enough for the validation. I am going to get another cooler soon. It does spike higher when playing with extreme clock, when at 5GHZ I run closer to 90. That is why I leave it lower.

On a different topic, I see all the Ivy-E CPU's have now been released. No new motherboards available in the UK yet though although I think a new updated Asus X79 Deluxe will be soon with this to follow at some point.
