Solar, I think you were talking about decoding video files a while ago. Have you done any and did your times improve very much? Do you have the quick sink turned on? I have never tried it.

Maybe Intel felt bad for the first batch but really temps are good for these chips
Bout time you broke 5GHz ain't it Solar? Lol.
Too hot to be Ocing right now i'll give it a go soon when the ac is on

I have been enjoying the Intel experience
Won't be long til winter now mate, then the proper overclocking can begin!

Here's a snip of the temps I get for the first few mins of switching the PC on in the cabin in the winter. It's so cold in there and stays that way for a good 30 mins until my little heater finally starts to warm it through.

And you actually stay in the cabin with the computer? I think you have issues, Paul.

I don't have it on but I got the time down to about 20 to 15 sometimes less then that depending on the size

The only issue I have is it takes 30 mins to warm up in there in the winter. Most times I go out, turn the heater on and go back out after it has warmed up. It's a bit too cold otherwise, but perfect for overclocking I guess

Edit: I do have a few other issues, but we won't go into that lol.

It's nice for a while Kelly, but it gets pretty annoying scraping the ice off 2 cars every morning. I do like cooler weather though, I suppose the ideal climate for me would be around 21C/70F in the day and down to a nice cool 10C/50F at night. I could live with that all year round.
