I am 99.9% sure this video talks about a Mini-ITX rig and they overclock it.

Couldn't view video - error occurred (happens a lot with other you tube videos). However clicking on the title took me to youtube page and, yes, says it's mini itx board with i5 3570k. Would like to know how the overclocking went on there and what cooling was used?

The problem with mini ITX's is the amount of room you have to work with. Most are in very small enclosures and small fans, not much cooling power. It well depend on the mobo and how much control it gives you.

This is the mobo I'm going to use for my next build when I win the lotto. This thing in the Prodigy case can be agressively overclocked when running a full water cooling loop including GPU. Sweet !
