Confused with liquid CPU cooler packages

Im confused on how those liquid CPU coolers work the ones that come with the CPU water block and a single or dual fan radiator. Do those already have the coolent in them? or does it come with the package? Or do you have to buy coolent seperatly, or is this just an wasy way to get a cpu block and a radiator. Packages like the Corsair Hydro Series H80i, ThermalTake Water 2.0 Extreme, Cooler Master Seidon 240M

They are pre-filled. No need to take them apart to refill them or change the fluid. The single radiator systems usually go where the rear exhaust fan is and the dual rad systems usually go up in the roof. They are simple and most of them do a hell of a job.

These are sealed systems from the factory, it's basically plug and play. I have the 80i and it does a great job of cooling my 8350, I've run it as much as 4.8ghz. For everyday operation I run at 4.5ghz and temps seldom reach 50C.
