Going to be building a new Computer

Sounds like it's going to be a really powerful rig! Quick question......any plans on overclocking? If so, you definitely don't need the Hyper 212 Evo. While it's probably my favorite $30 cooler, it simply won't be able to cool an OC'd socket 2011 CPU. Depending on your case fan support I'd go with the ThermalTake 2.0 Extreme for dual 120mm mounting options, or the NZXT Kraken X60 for dual 140mm mounting. I just don't like the Corsair dual rads that much. I like your choice of Corsair Vengeance for the RAM.......excellent stuff for sure. I'd either go with 16GB or 32GB if you think you might go over 16 during your editing. Buy it in kits like 4x4GB or 4x8GB so you can run the RAM in quad channel mode and get the best bang for the buck out of the RAM. Cases are very subjective, but I am sure you can find a cheaper, and better case than what you have listed. It is a full tower case and VERY few people need that anymore. Look at the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2, Corsair C70's, NZXT Switch series, Cooler Master HAF series, and any of the higher end Antec cases. Have a look at those and figure out what you HAVE to have in a case and what you think looks good. $190 is quite a bit of the budget on a case. PSU is subjective as well, but I like SeaSonic X Gold and Corsair AX models for their longer warranty and fully modular goodness. The cabling that comes with those are so nice you want to show it off! Also, they are arguably the best power supplies on the market. I would look for a sale on the Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB HDD because usually you can get a 2TB drive for a few dollars more than a 1TB drive.....2TB is now the sweet spot. I've got 4 Seagate HDD's, 2-2TB and 2-4TB and they are 100% reliable and the sequential read/write speeds are solid.

Those are just my suggestions based on personal experience and knowledge. I could probably find 2-3 other options for everything I mentioned that would be just as good.

Edit: I totally forgot about the motherboard. I'd stay away from EVGA motherboards because from what I've read, they have been problematic. I'd go with Asus........in fact, I won't build a computer with any other board unless it was purchased previously with no easy way to return it. Don't worry, they have a motherboard to fit your needs, I guarantee it. Asus probably has more boards in a specific product line than the next two competitors combined(MSI, Gigabyte).

I would wait until the new Ivy Bridge-Extreme motherboards came out. New chip, new line of motherboards with more features.

The reason I said go with 16GB or 32GB is because you need to run the RAM in quad channel mode and with 24GB you will be running in triple channel mode. For 24GB you will either have a 3x8GB kit or 6x4GB kit, which won't run in quad channel.

The IB-E CPU's come out in September, so the boards will be out around then, maybe a little before. You will be able to buy the board about the same time you can buy the 4930K

Are you 100% sure you won't ever OC it? It is a K series chip so it is a matter of bumping up the multiplier and possibly adjusting the CPU voltage.....easy stuff. I'd get a quiet air cooler if you absolutely aren't going to OC it.

Agree on the asus over evga mobo
and that system is just crying out for a bit of overclocking, for a few extra bucks on a decent cooler you could get some noticable extra processing power especially if your editing/rendering

Still the best air solution and allows for quiet overclocking when you're ready.
