New to OC. Suggestions for geforce gtx 650?

Hi all. I just built my first rig, and i am tweaking it now. I forget how to put my specs in so you can see them easily so i will just list em(someone remind me please).

I have never oc'd anything before tonight except with the bios overclock genie(automatic). Right now it is stock at 3.2 with a 1.4v max and i plan on leaving it alone. However, i do want to OC the video card. I did some research and downloaded and am currently using msi afterburner. I looked into what other people have done and right now it is oc'd with a +249 core, and +397 memory with a +12 in volts.

I hope i gave all the info needed for some input. Is this a good oc? I just want some suggestions and to know i am doing all i can without destroying anything. If anyone thinks i can go higher or should go lower, let me know and what to adjust.

Not sure about amd but 1.4v on the cpu seems really high, considering most amd cpu shut down when they reach 60-70c

And from my experience playing with my card is that overclocking it gives pretty much zero performance, all I get is a higher Power draw and less Life on the card. For instance my latest test I did with my 560 was to notch the Power up 1 step to 1.025 from 1.012, set the core to 980 from 925. lowered the memory from 2100 to 1800. This gave me higher benchmark scores when I ran futuremark, but I saw no difference with the games I play. all I got from it seem to be that nvidia cards like higher core Clock then higher memory Clock.

Because I also tried doing the reverse lowering Clock core and increase memory and that gave me lower scores then default settings. Cant say that it is the same with your card.
