Difference in what? Price, RPM, airflow, acoustic level, static pressure, warranty, all things you should consider.

What is the intended use for this fan?

I've been able to find some good deals on F12-PWM's and S12A-PWM's, 20-22 bucks, not bad.

People compare the DB rating of fans but seldom consider the "sound" the fan makes. The tone can make a significant difference, even at the same DB level. The Noc's have a pleasing sound to my ears. I have some CM sickles that have slightly better DB rating but hurt my ears. The Aerocool Shark Black Edition 120's are nice sounding.

Noctuas are good (I have 8 now) but their airflow is much less than say a Corsair SP1 or Cougar Vortex. They are a lot quieter due to lower RPMs, most I hear is the air passing through, not motor noise.
