What size case do you have bud? Make/model. This is important for what motherboard to recommend as there are different size motherboards that may/may not fit your case.

Ok, that's good, so you can have either a full size ATX Motherboard or a MATX Motherboard like you currently have.

Seeing as you have a non K version CPU then you don't need a board that has amazing overclocking features. You have quite a choice really.

I might be wrong, but I think your current board was originally designed to run Sandy Bridge CPU's. Your current CPU is IVY Bridge.

Either a Z77 or H77 board should work well with your CPU, they are getting a little thin on the ground now as stocks diminish but there are still a fair few available.

If you never plan on grabbing a 3570K or 3770K, I would look at the H77 boards like Paul suggested. Asus makes the best boards in my opinion, and the decision for ATX or mATX is completely up to you. If you aren't running multiple expansion cards, the mATX will work just fine. The -M Pro looks like a nice board!

and yeah ASrock put out a Bios update i think for Ivy bridge CPU's but it didn't quite work which explains all the BSOD's i kept getting :L thanks again!

Just a suggestion; I have a full size i believe its a atx motherboard and its excellent. Its a asus p8767 evo. You might want to though check out the asus brand in general to see if they have anything that fits your needs. Asus quality wise has some of the better motherboards out there.
