    Overclocking the A6-3670K


    Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
    Never really overclocked before.

    To OC i use the "Overdrive" section in the CCC

    Does that work fine? I tried MSI's Overclock genie and it was complete rubbish

    The CCC will get you Further then the OC Genie i would adjust clock settings and run stability test

    My power supply is only 300W this wont increase voltage will it?

    Most likely it will in the board but if you are not running a dedicated GPU it should be ok

    I never delt with APU so you might be able to do a mild oc but if you don't have an exact number of how much power you were actually using i wouldn't try it unless you plan on stepping up the PSU some

    I also have an apu, 1.5ghz stock, can get 2ghz comfortably, 2.5ghz at a push using CCC overdrive

    I am buying a 500w Corsair PSU and a dedicated graphics card at X-mas, then I will try and push the clock to 3.0ghz I think.
