    without thermal paste.. just idle.. is has a max of 50.. so... I got a lot of different suggestions to thermal paste? can you suggest any good ones?
    I don't understand after all the times it been suggested not to run your system without thermal paste you are still doing it.

    AS 5 is the one I have and do use. I have tried several and always went back to AS5.
    Please go back and read all the posts in your thread and understand them or you will make a toaster.

    Also remember that Intel isn't really concerned about low temps because they don't hurt anything. The chips built in temp sensors are not very accurate at idle. Intel is concerned about high temps which their temp sensors are very accurate.

    how else can I use the internet to ask questions? and no need to worry I am monitoring the temps.. and they are not high that they will damage the computer.....

    Your questions have been answered. Waite for the thermal paste. Apply the paste. Then go online or use another computer.

    I have had this computer for years, when my stock fan came off.. these was no paste left.. it was that old.. and never had a problems, I will be getting paste.. my fan has a big heat sink I am not doing program intensive stuff.. just interneting.
