found another problem with this board. its reading the temps wrong, so my fans are not working correctly. whats weird tho is that core temp is reading the correct temps.... weird

does 62C on the hottest core sound hot at stock settings? i think it is..... it could also be wrong, but AI SUITE is showing me 40C and core temp is showing 62 on the hottest. but when i stop prime95, in about 2 seconds, it immediately drops to 30C....

HW monitor read the same as Core Temp, but did the same thing with the temps as soon as i stopped it.

this board is SO messed up.... lol

damn.... i think its this board being retarded.... i hope.

but on the plus, MAN is this thing powerfull! games are SO MUCH smoother! so far playing bf4 and FC3, im getting constant 60+ FPS on max settings in bf4 and a LOT higher settings in FC3. that 6350 was definitely bottlenecking my card. i cant wait to actually OC this thing and get it a little more optimized.

I personally won't use AI SUITE. For me it has never been nothing but a head ache.

How many programs are you using to monitor temp's? Only use one as it will cause false readings. If you must have more than one on your pc then use portable version's of HWinfo64 or HWmonitor but don't run them together. AI Suite is no good though and more trouble than it's worth..

Nice-looking air cooling for 3770k
I'm slowly assembling my new rig, and being a fan of open-case designs I'd like to have a cooler that has a twist and doesn't look like a building. (the "tower" kinds) Still, I'd rather want it to be high end enough to allow a good overclocking on my 3770k (that won't get a lot past 4.8 GHz...

i7 3770k vs i7 3770 for gaming
Hey guys, I'm planning on building a new system. With regards to the i7 3770k vs the i7 3770 which would run better at stock settings? I've never overclocked a cpu before and I'm not sure if I'm planning on to in the future. I know the k version would perform better OC'ed but at stock settings...

i7 3770k TIM
Hello all, I just purchased a i7 3770k processor. I was reading on your forum that there are heating issues and the problem being the type of TIM intel is now using. My question is, should I get/use quality TIM from a local computer store before I mount up the sink/fan assembly? If so, should I...

if the 3770k a good deal?
i was looking at it on new egg, and i was wondering if this has turned out to just be a 2700k with 4000 series internal graphics... i notice it uses a lower voltage, between the voltage and the graphics, are those the only differences? i was looking at benchmarks for it... there arent many out yet,...
