That's a rip Ryan, you gotta join ROG to download it. Not your fault, but not very much help from ASUS.

As i recall you use Task Scheduler to fix that nagging Asus error

It shuts that whole damn thing down for good you just have to delete it from there after you have uninstalled it that was a fix i picked up on at some website forgot which one though

All u have to do to make it not run unless I want of to is to set all its services to manual and disable the tasks in task scheduler. That worked for me.

I'm still using Asus Software since i have no real probs with it, just for monitoring.


In task manager looks like all Asus tasks execute in compatibility mode for Vista...
