Is this build good enough for playing games swiftly without any lag?

SirDarknight,
It's a great build but two things strike me:
Up the speed on the Ram from 1333 as high as you can afford a sweet spot being 2133 to 2400 if possible but minimum being 1600-1866 mhz.
The second thing is look to see if you can find a Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic PSU with the same or higher rating.
I would go with a different PSU. OCZ is not that great and they are going out of business so who knows what will be up there. Seasonic X series or a Rosewill Capstone:
Rosewill CAPSTONE Series CAPSTONE-750 750W Continuous @ 50°C, 80 PLUS GOLD Certified, Single +12V Rail, ATX12V v2.31 / EPS12V v2.92, SLI Ready, CrossFire Ready, Active - PFC Power Supply - Retail - Newegg.com
SeaSonic SS-750KM3 750W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com
Newegg.com - SeaSonic G-750 SSR-750RM 750W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
If you have a Microcenter nearby, you may be able to get the processor for $250 in-store.
Ditto on the faster RAM.
If you plan on a high overclock (say 4.5 GHz) you may want a better cooler in the $80 proce range like the Noctua NH-D14 or equivalent.
Jump on this Seasonic 760W platinum
Seasonic SS-760XP ATX 12V/EPS 12V, 760W, 80 plus PLATINUM certified PFC Power Supply ?Retail - Newegg.com

Please suggest me a storage (between 1TB - 1.5 TB)
Also do I need anything else?(upgraded cooler, fans, thermal compound etc,)
I already have Windows 7
I see you're staying with the same ocz PSU. You will want to get premium thermal paste like Arctic Silver. I suggest premium fans for quiet performance. I would also suggest zip ties or Velcro ties for organization. Even better can be custom braided cable extensions as they look good and really help with organization. Lastly maybe a NZXT light kit to help show off all your hard work.
Hua, I changed that.Maybe forgot to save
