    Obviously both lol
The build needs more sources to compare prices and narrow what really needs to be ordered online or picked up locally,
Some items are better out of ups or usps's hands because of needless abuse In shipping which I have no luck with either of them u.p.s. most of all,
But the build will happen eventually,
I will go to this Micro center place and search and destroy the options there,
If you want to second guess any items on the present build please feel free I'll print it next week/ Monday and see about prices locally,
    Cheers.

Yes by all means if you can get a part locally do it even if it's a few dollars more. I think a return, if needed, would be easier. I don't have any nearby sources except a poorly stocked Best Buy and prices there are high.

I've considered the initial list and all I would change is going to the i7-3770K since you can get $80 cheaper at Micro Center. Personally I don't buy extended warranties. CPUs and mobos usually have a factory 3 year one. Drives usually from 3 to 5 years. Within that time there will be progress to the point you may want to upgrade anyway.

You may want to choose a different case as they are very personal I think.

Living in Houston Texas there's a number of places/ Best Buy would never be one of my choices
But I see why the internet rules your options :)
I'm not crazy about Fry's so this Micro Center is very interesting,
    Thanks for that NOOberGOOber
And as always Gary thank you your a champ,
    Cheers.
