Its a good PC. but don't be expecting to play Med-high end games.
Cpu is not great, multi-tasking will be difficult.
if you plan to but this PC then over time upgrade it, then it would be a good deal.
have you looked into building your own machine?

Yes I built one before but it was a barebone I added the software windows 7 and modded it for touch n such. I was gonna use this one for entertainment purposes .I was gonna add 13gb of music and ripp a couple hundred dvds onto .basically a digital multimedia center for the house.

You would want to get a better hard drive then, the one listed is only 500gb. Maybe install a TB?
i suppose it okay for watching movies and listening to music.
but the satisfaction would be much greater if you was to build one, and cheaper as well.

True I didn't want to invest the time but your right. One thing caught my eye was it has an OS already which I prefer Windows ultimate but the hard drive could use a slave drive. Or bad idea to get a external HD of 2TB oh so

For 200.00 it's not bad but a very low powered machine,
    1.4 ghz
And a small case as well but for 200 don't expect doing allot with it and upgrading isn't as easy as you'd think with the small case,
    Plus it's from fleabay

You should have no less than 2.5 ghz,
A larger hard drive will only require more resources which this machine does not have any to spare,
A external hdd will also soak up resources it doesn't have,
Personally if you want a low powered machine look for one with a ssd not a hdd,
Post your budget and possibly we can point you to another machine,
Movies tend to vary but you need a better ghz,
    Cheers.

The trick is not to settle on a low powered machine or a compact case your so limited it's not worth the buy,
Normal size cases are better so many more options and easier to upgrade power supplies....
That machine is cheap for a reason = it's pretty much junk,
You can easily get a good machine for 700 bucks that can eventually be a above average gaming pc,
    Cheers.
