    what is your FSB speed?

just make sure the timings are correct in bios, and the correct speed is set.

Ok so what it looks like that you brought the bus up some from 200 and you linked it as well with HT

Your FSB is linked with Hyper threading or HT

If there was no link the HT would read 2400-2600 and the FSB Front side bus would be at 200mhz

When overclocking you don't need to link them together if you are using a ASUS board it has that option near the memory controls

The way it looks in the screen shot your ram is linked with FSB and HT that might be the reason your ram is under performing you need to look in the bios and hit the Link /Unlink button and start adjusting the ram accordingly

Also the ram that you are using might not be compatible with that board some ram just will not do the right settings because it doesn't function with that brand board

What i can tell you though is you will need to go back to default settings check in the Bios and see if the FSB and HT settings have changed if they have then you need to only adjust the ram to the 1600mhz mark and save it do nothing else

I would imagine there is some off settings and going to default and taking a look might help you see where it went wrong

I can tell you, your screen shots VS Stock chip you have did some overclocking and you need to put it back to Default before trying to see if the memory really has an issue ,starting to look like a very bad Overclock
