    Server build good?

Hi. Me and my freind is planning on getting a server. The server is not for storage its for gaming, So more like max 20-30Gb worth of servers and windows 8 as the operating system so its nothing we need in terms of storage:

Here are the specs, I cant change out the cpu due to that the store was a jerk and said that one of the pins on the untouched cpu he ordered was bent and refused to take it back, So we are doing a build with some old parts and that cpu:

    Parts we cant change out:
    AMD A10 7700K
450W 4 year old psu perfectly in fine codition

    New Parts:
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD ( we want fast FAST transfer speeds )
    Kingston 8GB 2400Mhz DDR3 CL11 XMP HYPERX BEAST
ANTEC ISK 600 MINI ITX BLACK

    Parts we need help with:
    Quiet cpu cooler
    MINI ITX FM2+ Motherboard

Parts we are thinking of getting:
    ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+

Remember this build is supposed to stay on pretty much 24/7 and i sleep in the same room as the server so i want it as quiet as possible. The only thing that right now is the loudest element is the cpu cooler, I have 1: 92MM Fans, 3 140mm Fans, 1 Coolermaster stock watercooler fan thing 120mm, and some other random fans..
A noctua cooler is something awesome but its an aircooler and it can be tricky to get into the tiny build,
So if there is a quiet cheap water cooler would be nice.

id go with a Corsair H55 cooler, its designed to run at low rpm so will be quiet while still keeping it cool.
