OK so I will choose CyberPowerPC. They have components that are actually very close to what I would want in my dream PC. Have you ever bought a PC from them?

I think I'll grab one of their $99.99 beasts.
I am thinking $99 would be a LGA 775 with a HD4670 that is a beast right there with 4GB of some random memory from the goodie jar you must take that part of that 99.99 goes to a hard drive too

Erm, that's their price to assemble it not the price of the system... you buy the hardware there and they put it together just like the OEM's would, test it and install the OS for you as well and their price is still a hell of a lot cheaper than OEM's 300% markup to do the same thing but for inferior performance hardware too. Sorry, just trying to help. Never mind, glad you sorted it.

Also, should I get liquid cooling or air cooling? I'm going to have CyberPower over clock it 10% since all X79 processors available are K or X.

I'd recommend liquid closed loop with either a 240mm or 280mm radiator, which ever fits in the case.

The one time I went with a builder, I wound up with an overpriced POS that didn't fully meet my needs. That convinced me to learn to build my own. I had a huge amount of help from this forum and others like it (but not equal to it).
