Boutique PC $1500-2000

Could someone please make me a configuration for a boutique PC that is comparable to Dell? (Sorry it is a mobile site, its because I'm writing from my tablet) Or is it better to just get this? Also, if you know or have this PC, please tell me the brands that are used unless you are not allowed to.

I don't know what a boutique PC is, but the one you linked to would be a good choice. You can take those specs and add to some other company's configuration page.

You mean Puget Systems, right? Puget Sound is a body of water in Alaska. I've been there and there is no system builder shops there.

Well I just created a config but in my opinion, the Alienware seems better.


A side note, why do screenshots look worse than the actual resolution?

Are you comfortable building your own PC?

i have no idea who sells the best pre-builts in the US (Or "boutique")

But the best value is to be found by sourcing your own parts and assembling yourself. It is initially daunting, but with guidance - putting together your own PC is cheaper for better performance.

Most pre-built, or Boutique PC's are normal PC's with compromises.

if you arent confident doing it your self, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. But aside from from inflated prices, "peace of mind" is what you pay for in boutique builds.
