Windows 7: Old computer needs new parts!

Computers don`t come with Windows 7 Ultimate pre installed, not oem, no way.

So how did she get Ultimate installed ? Who installed it ?

If you have a key for Ultimate, then you can re install it on a new board.

Solid state drives do not work the same as a hard drive, they have no moving parts.
