Yes it's dust and not a calamity but a celebration of cleanliness.

Don't forget all the devices we use that need cooling, i say quarterly at the very least if not every other month. If you are in a dusty area then possibly monthly. It's a pain but when done your electronics will thank you with cooler temps and better air flow and quieter operations.......just do it !

That's good news, Alan. I took it the other way. I was wondering how the heck you managed that. I figured you hooked them all up to Doc Brown's Flux Capacitor.

I would never mess with a flux capacitor before speaking to Doc for guidance just as I would never attempt to become a Jedi Knight without your counsel and support!

I have come down to only two ways to control fan speed.
1. A fan speed controller in a 5 1/4 bay.
2. Wipass 100% all the time.

Both my computers run Wipass 100%
If I installed a fan controller I would just set it to Wipass so I don't use one.

All those doo da programs get into the bios and do all kinds of things unwanted.

Now try to remove all that junk. You will find foot prints of those programs everywhere. Now if you have tried two of those programs the fun begins with removing the junk.

AIO like Corsair I just run the pump with 12v Wipass at 1440 rpm with not a problem.

Or with Noctua's available in new colors you can run 100% wide open all the time and enjoy quiet and cool without settings or worries ! Just saying..........
