lol Seriously man i am just not happy with those lower end graphics such a beauty needs the proper pairing

So far low end is a no no for me i am too used to having the best I already Oc'ed the 8320 to 4.6 Ghz now time for a 970 no point in running benches if i can't compete with others while doing it lol atleast a 970 will get me in range of everyone else running tops and im looking at strix or a G1 will look pretty naughty you think ?

so far R7-260X R7-270 gtx760 striker 4Gb the striker looks badass and runs ok but if i am going to be doing performance runs might as well cough up a extra 200.00 and buy a new monitor on top call it a day the other monitor is starting to shutter meaning dying a slow death

By the way the 960 is a 2gb card with a 128bit bus it will bottle neck because there is not enough bandwith

New corsair SP high performance for the lepra rad. Saw a 2-6 degree drop. Either the lepra fans aren't as good or the static pressure (pushing) against that rad is helping or both. Under full load it sits around 60-61 degrees. All the fan upgrades have greatly improved the overall system temp. GPU sees better temps now too after clearing those cages and getting better fans. I have a few more things I want to try and I'm not all too happy with my icy dock. Plus some day water cooling for the GPU ... But mostly change over to the dark side with nvidia.

Ps. i7 now sits at a 4.6ghz OC. Heat never exceeds 61 on full load. Idles around 24. My fans are system managed, not via nzxt grid.

And idk if this counts for this thread, but I also picked this up at Fry's for 161$ "open box". All the plastic protection pieces still on. Looked like someone maybe shot a box opening video or quick review and then returned it. It was hard to pass up. Frys can be dangerous like that. It's basically nerd heaven. Lol.

All the emulators except wii and psp work really well. Game streaming from Grid even with a medium to high (high speed) connection it's laggy at times. Still playable. But not what I'd call anywhere near perfect. Still interesting to see graphics like that on a portable (yes I know what streaming is... But still, it's rad). Console mode is cool. Basically the same experience as the shield but with a bigger screen. Controller is more like an xbox 360 controller had sex with an n64-dream-station. Touch pad seems pointless but nifty.

After nearly 5 years of service I decided to retire my old system in favor of a much faster, quieter and energy efficient X99 system. Hopefully I get a good 5 years out of her too.
