Good job on installing your legal copy of Windows 7.

Now lets understand your problem with out the confusion of the operating system.

    1. Is your system specs correct in (My System Specs)?

    2. Have you read the motherboard manual? (Very important) It's critical that the ram is only installed as per the motherboard manual.

    3. Exactly what Kingston ram are you using and how many modules. (Sticks)

    4. Set your bios to Default (no over clock) until the system is working properly.

    -------------------------------

**Now as exact and short as you can please state your exact problem again.**

    We are starting from scratch.
You are are eyes and ears to your system.
So please answer all questions as precisely as you can.

I have never used a MSI motherboard so I somewhat limited on the bios but we do have members that do use MSI.

    specs are correct
2 yes i have according to the manual if u have 2 sticks of ram it is suppose to go in dimm slots 2 and 4 but that obviously did not work for me i ended up putting it in 1 and 2 thinking it was a miss print guess its just my dimm slots 3 and 4 are faulty
3 here is a link http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but i can garantie u it is not a issue with the ram as all of the ram works in slot 1 and 2
4 i only oc when i am trying to run a demanding game meaning i would never just start up my pc on oc for no reason and has hardly been oc also it has the issue with the dimm slots 3 and 4 before i even oc so i am almost cretin at this point i have just revived a faulty mob i did not relies it and thought will the ram works when its in slot 1 and 2

Just what I thought. Channel is single with your ram in slots 1 & 2. You have a dual channel motherboard.

If your system will boot with the ram in slots 2 & 4 I would like to see a picture of CPU-Z Memory.

A picture of Resource Monitor Memory.

To make sure I understand you correctly.
You can not boot with ram in slot 2 & 4.
But it will boot with ram in slot 2 only.
It will boot with ram in slots 1 & 2.

Your strung out 1 sentence is hard to understand.
