Will these watercooling components work?

Hello, I am working on cooling my PC. I have given up on AIO coolers and wish to make my own, so now I'm asking if these components are compatible.

OcUK Tech Lab - V8 Watercooling Kit 240 []
^240mm radiator, comes with an XSPC Pump, Red Primochill Primoflex 16/11 tubing and 6X XSPC G1/4" to 7/16" ID, 5/8" compression fittings.

As well as this I'd like to get
Mayhems Biocide 10ml With PH Testing Kit []
^biocide

Koolance HX-CU1401V 30 FPI Copper Radiator - 140mm [HX-CU1401V]
^140mm radiator

XSPC G1/4" to 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD Compression Fitting (Black Chrome) [5060175585080]
^I'm not sure how many of these I need, does one tube go in the radiator and another goes out back to the
reservoir?

Be aware that more Fins Per Inch (FPI) the radiator have, more powerfull Rpm you will need for the fans airflow to go through. Otherwise looks both 240 Rad & 140 Rad you mentioned are 30 FPI.

Be sure the Compression fittings 16/11 will fit onto the radiator once the fans are mounted. The Fans frame size might touch them, and therefore you'll need adapters to have that clearance.

Those NoiseBlocker NB-eLoopfans aren't so bad...a bit noisy at full speed (reviewed) that's maybe why they told to run them at around 60-80% on the Oc Uk Lab site.

The Reservoir bay is a good Combo but the pump have only 1,8 Static Pressure for 750L/h, if you don't mind and anyway it will be not that high placed on the Bay area of your PC.

You'll need only one or two drops of that Mayhems Biocide...they give with the bundle a PH tester...
