Honestly I think you're graphics card challenged with you current rig. I would start a new build fund.

this computer is bought cheap 248$ from walmart pre-assembled so its not really a build of any kind, my mother actually bought the computer for me since i dont have any kind of money or income

Understood but you can see you have expansion limits for space, power and design. I would make do and start saving for a very inexpensive bare bones build and the knowledge off that build will infect you like many of us here.

so that pci port is useless in the orientation it's in? guess im SOL. good computer. Few options to make it better.

That's not a PCI slot this Is a Wi-Fi port like on the laptops you can put a mini Wi-Fi card ther but not a graphics card I'm sorry it doesn't support it
