Check the motherboard vendor's troubleshooting documentation for the new PC. It should have a chart and description of the diagnostic beeps. That should help you track down the problem.

Different motherboard (and PC) vendors have different diagnostic beep patterns so I can't say what your problem is.

Sounds very much like a RAM problem and I saw in the other thread it is an extremely old board. Plus it could be down to just about anything you plug into it.
