I have had no issues with it nor have the 3-4 others I personally know. Very good PSU in my opinion. For the ground wire I unscrewed on of the top 4 screws on the PSU and screwed it back in with the ground wire connected. NO problems here.

Also, there is plenty of slack, the 1200 is a full tower and the cord goes behind the mobo tray and back out. It will work fine for you.
Thank you very much. I appreciate it. I will be getting it. I ordered a black and green case, so I didn't want to get a blue L.E.D. PSU (I was gonna order the Raidmax Hybrid 2 modular PSU because of the bad reviews ABS got), but this once is so sweet and I think it will look good in my case. I wish I had a bottom mount like your's though. The Antecs are just too much IMHO. Maybe I will treat myself to a full tower next year or after the summer.

Salute to you gangler, we're running pretty darn similar systems. And I'm upgrading to a GTX 285 ASAP! With such a great case though, you should really put in some cable management time!

Just got my setup placed into it's new home, a brand new Cooler Master CM 690 Chassis! Here are some pictures of my build, I've yet to do any hardcore cable management but I'll be getting to it after I install a window on the side panel.

The case, all sealed up and ready to go:

    Case top external connection ports:

Underside ventilation and 140mm Scythe side panel fan:

    Hard drive bays:

    Current cable management shots:

    General case interior:

And the reason I need a side window:

I'm also thinking of cutting a small channel on the backside of the mother board tray to take some pressure off the side panel. It's currently bending do to the huge pile up of cable behind the motherboard tray, even with it all spaced out... This new case is in preparation for a new modular power supply (ABS Tagan) and a new graphics card (Nvidia GTX 285). You may have noticed that I propped off the Cooler Master logo from the front of the case, I just like the "clean" look without any branding showing, so it had to go. I also mentioned the side panel window earlier, if anyone has any recommendations or information regarding side panel window installations, it would be great to hear!

    Hello Freelancer.

I don't know where you're at, so I don't know if you have access to Newegg, but have a look, this will give you some ideas; maybe at least you can use the part numbers to look elsewhere.

    CM Side Windows

EDIT: I just noticed you have another style case than these windows (that bottom one may be the one) but I'm going to leave this post here anyway, as it may help you or others.

This is the one designed for my case, but I think it looks fugly. I ordered a 12" x 12" window kit from FrozenCPU.com and I'll be using that one instead! The top and bottom window kits on that page are for the CM COSMOS cases.

Close to the same DVD burner, mine has some slightly different logos. I dont' really remember what mine are, except that one is a 16x DVD burner, one is 8x burner, and they're both super-multi burners...

Getting my GTX 285 tomorrow hopefully!

    Thinkpad R40 - 1.5ghz sse2, 1gb, Radeon 7500

runs really great, i tried OS X with problems w/ wifi, stability. then i tried Windows 7 and its so much better in every way. I honestly preferred OS X for a long time, but since using Windows 7 I really like the microsoft OS platform again. Laptop is now very snappy, no driver issues yet, awesome.
