I think the best to prepare the metal side panel is to degrease with alcohol first, sand paper it lightly to break the previous coated material and then use a universal grey spray undercoat in a thin layer.

After you can use any Acryl spray cans color (dry faster) for the finish but you'll have mostly to coat it with clear Acryl varnish mate, semi-mate or glossy depends what you like.

Or use more of industrial spray can paint that generally include a varnish, but that will take longer to dry up and the risk higher to drip the paint and dust to paste on it.

You need automotive grade paint if you're painting steel.
The May 2001 issue of Maximum PC has a complete how-to on the way to properly paint your case.

Win 7 paint
Hello, I probably have a simple problem. I'm trying to draw an arrow onto a photograph using the arrow "shape" and then fill it in so that it is solid using the bucket tool. It doesn't work. I've tried saving as a bitmap but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated Thanks. JB

Hi all, I'm sure glad there are forums out there because I'm at a loss on this thus far. Paint.net has an update available to 3.5.6 from 3.5.5. When I go to install the new version part of that process is uninstalling the old version. It seems to error out at this point and gives me...
