You can use mixed RAM. It would be best to to use matching but you will not be garunteed they will run quad channel unless they came in a matched kit. All the ram will run on the lowest bus speed and highest latency of the combined modules. Try to buy RAM with the same timings as your current RAM. If your BIOS allows it, set Dual channel not Quad channel.

To know which ram to use, check the QVL (qualified vendor list) for your motherboad.

When installing the RAM put matching modules into matching colour slots.

Run memtest86+ for a few passes to make sure there are no issues, if so take the ram back and exchange for another try.

Why can`t you find another set in your area, just google it and a dealer should come up.

You need a country flag down below your name, so we can help you out :)

    This guy says
they might be the same speed but they have different latency values

    HyperX HX324C11T3K2/8

    XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
    • JEDEC: DDR3-1600 CL11-11-11 @1.5V
    • XMP Profile #1: DDR3-2400 CL11-13-14 @1.65V
    • XMP Profile #2: DDR3-2133 CL11-13-13 @1.6V

    HyperX KHX24C11T3K2/8X

    XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
    • JEDEC: DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9 @1.5V
    • XMP Profile #1: D3-2400 CL11-13-13 @1.65V
    • XMP Profile #2: D3-2133 CL11-12-11 @1.6V

It can cause for the memory to run at lower speed Like 1333, or the system to be unstable, or in worst case for the system not to boot at all.
    True ?

I would really try to get a set with the same numbers.

Why do you think you need to upgrade what you have ?

8 GB of 2400 MHz is fine :)

That's the problem, can't find the same part.
Want headroom, like maybe ill need it for mods,a mod for Watch dogs needs 16 gigs and so on,also i've noticed when gaming the RAM usage always tops 6-7Gb,guess it has something to do with the 970 VRAM thing,so yeah :)

How can i know for sure if i will have or not have any problems with this ? let's say i got it,will i be able to adjust the XMP timings for both to run at the same ?

The 2nd set you picked out looks fine.

I wouldn`t compare the XMP timings.

Compare the normal timings the ram run at.

Can you install CPU-Z and post a shot like this, showing the same tab please :)

I would like to see the actual numbers of the ram you have installed now.
