Just thought i would share mine, the max temps were due to the cooling profile being in the silent mode.
I'm Curious to run my CPU Multiplier at 41 and change the voltage to yours and see how my temps are Just to compare your cpu core voltage 1.184 correct?

81 c under load is pretty high for a standard oc.What kind of cooler you using?. Although i would deffinately prefer it to run down under 70!

I'm not sure about the ox on your graphica however, what kind of fps increase have you seen from benchmarking?

Those temps are ok but could be better I get about 78c tops at 4.8 Ghz on IBT

The thing with OCs is each CPU is independant. Just because i've got 4.1GHZ @ 1.18 doesn't mean you're going to be able to.

If you can, on your Mobo, set the voltage to a max of 1.2, then manually play with it.

Ascendents, I wouldn't worry too much about an overclock when you have a thread in the BSOD section. Rule #1 in overclocking is if you are not stable at stock, you will never get a stable overclock.

As far as your temps, what is your ambient temp? The NH-D14 is a fantastic air cooler and will beat most AIO coolers. I know, I have both. but the air temp inside your case is what most of them use to cool your CPU. Not even custom water loop will cool lower than the ambient without LN2 or DICE.

When you have a slightly unstable overclock, what happens in many cases is Programs start shutting down or you will BSOD. That sounds a lot like your BSOD thread.

I hope it isn't. That's what I use and really like it. It hasn't given me any trouble at all. What other Anti Viruses have you had on that computer, and do you have any other real time anti viruses? I guess you should answer that in the BSOD thread you have.
