Sorry, for lacking of information to ask you but as far as i know 70$ or something no more than 90$ is the cheapest, any brand, any form factor, with a slot of LGA1150,
and by the way, in my country our currency is peso, in philippines 
which means 70$ is P3,150 when converted

I just saw a z97 for 120.us newegg I believe :/
I don't believe this is an area to budget to low it is a important part of the system.
