Yes, combination will be that. I was also thinking about controller, but because amazon does not ship in my country, I'll have to find some from here.
I was thinking about positioning the controller, about getting good location for it. What do you 'll think about it?

Sunday at home, started to work for a bit... Here are the parts, positioned to the bottom desk. This week I should get few CM Jet Flow fans to mount and mark them on the side parts.

I'm planning to give that fans additional psu (I'll find some old 200,300w) and will power up with it. There will be also connected the light stripes, probably in red/white color.

Make sure you leave enough room for you hook up on the I/O panel on the motherboard.

Yes, I'll also mark the i/o shield on the back part. The mb will be mounted on the metal part from some case.

Where were you going to park the PSU?

There will be another shelf under the motherboard, where psu(s) and cable will be parked. Cuz I like good cable management. :)

I would have all the fan cables dive under to where the PSU is hidden and then plug into the PWM fan hub then only one lead from that hub pops up and plugs into the PWM head on the mobo, clean, simple and controllable.

I don't have any good pwm controllers here, I only have this two to buy:

    ROCKMAN(PWM) DEEPCOOL COOLING ACCESSORY
ROCK MASTER V3.0 DEEPCOOL COOLING ACCESSORY

ROckmaster is better for me, but it's big for a bit... Another one have only 3 controller, I need at least 4. Need to find good position for it. Was thinking from the bottom side, but it will obstruct me. :/

Also, it seems that I'll have just 4 CM Jet Flow fans, other's are out of stock. I'll put them for the intake, and for out I'll find some other quick 120mm fans.

Edit: What will be the best way to screw the hdd/ssd on the desk?
