Windows 7: New ~$1,500 gaming/everyday build: Intel Skylake forcing me go to AMD?

Looking at looked's system specs.

Their is plenty of hard drive storage. A 250 gb ssd for Windows 7 should be more than enough.

Trying to figure out Australian tax and tariff laws, plus the money exchange is a challenge by itself.

When I partitioned the the 1TB Hitachi by 2x 500GB I thought that 500GB were enough for the OS and programs but that is not the case because installed games and online games have become extremely HUGE in size so 500GB is just enough.
Consider also that storage is being sold as 1MB = 1,000,000 Bytes also temporary files etc. etc..

We can import up to AUD 1,000 and pay no duty fees but unfortunately once the items cross the Australian borders, delivery is quite expensive and add that the AUD lost so much value!

BSOD on fresh skylake computer build
I'm using windows 7 at the moment and only have chrome and steam installed. I'm using a wireless adapter that may or may not be the cause of the crashes, anyways here is the dump files if anyone could analyze them.

Best intel driver for gaming?
When I run counter strike source, my driver is not in their database so they don't recommend it. Can anyone link me a download to a better intel driver for gaming? I'm sure it would make my gaming performance better.
