I just installed one of these. I paid the $179.

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD250BW 2.5" 250GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Those Samsung 840 units use the new TLC (Triple Level Cell) with 3 bits per cell. The 840 PRO are still MLC ( 2 bits per cell). It will be interesting to see how the new TLC units hold up, but Samsung does make a great product.
