I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse from Rakuten.com a couple of months back. They came quickly, and good price. Just FYI for anyone who hasn't heard of them. A Guy

I won't be buying anything from Newegg again. I bought a 3770K for $325 from them but had to RMA it. It was Sent by their instructions with a tracking number. They say they never got it. I sent them the tracking number which shows delivered. They said they didn't care what the tracking number said, they were not going to honor the RMA because they don't have it. After numerous emails and hours on the phone with them, I'm out $325 and the CPU. I even asked why they require a tracking number if they are not going to believe it. They said they don't care what the number said, they were not refunding or replacing it. I told them I got better treatment from Ebay. Needless to say, I'll never be buying from them. Anyone else who does and has an RMA, I suggest you insure it as much as possible and require a return receipt. After my episode with them, I'm not sure a return receipt would make much difference. I escalated the complaint as high as I could, or as high as they would let me.
