Did it ever worked or it never worked?
Try updating your iTunes software to the latest version and then sync your iPod.

I updated my itunes and nothing happen so i thought it was the OS 7100 and something to do with the USB 3.0 support or something

Back up your music. I always forget to do this, so now I no longer have my 500 or so songs and Apple won't let me have them back

I had an iPhone, and I switched to the Blackberry Bold for this reason. Smartest move ever!

EDIT: I have no idea why I quoted this.

    No problem :)

Make sure it's backed up on a DVD through iTunes. And unregister your PC (so it can't manage your music) before you wipe it clean! Then reinstall iTunes and re-register your PC. Sure you know what I'm talking about

    Cannot sync podcasts

    Hi,

I am having similar problem, I can sync Music just fine but I cannot sync Podcasts. Tried to do a restore with the latest final version and it didnt work.

I also tried the beta 8.2 and that still didn't fix the syncing issue but fixed the restore one.

Any Ideas?? Maybe if there are others we could approach Apple as a group, maybe they have a (different) beta or something. just an Idea

I am using the latest 7100 version 64bit. Clean installed it.
