The wiring for that is going to look terrible since it's all out and exposed. Plus, with no covers, there is no real airflow...so I think heat issues will be a concern.

Yeah..wouldn't work for me. But still I like that they are thinking unconventionally. I wouldn't call it "horrible" tho.

It'd stink if you spilled a coffee or something. No casing to protect the parts.

There are much more styling choices for open air cases than this.

I think it looks really awesome, but it is rather impractical, which is why it is a test case...

There're always pro & cons to every story. Nothing is really perfect.

Well, my experiences are opposite. I know that airflow within a PC case is very important, but having the hardware outside of the case is a completely different story.
I have often operated my PCs inside as well as outside their cases, and while constantly monitoring the temperatures with Everest, I noticed a significant difference.
No matter how good the airflow within the case is, when I have had worrying temperatures, they immediately came down as soon as I operate the hardware outside the case.
It seems as if airflow is able to transport the hot air away much quicker, if there is absolutely nothing holding back and accummulating heat.

    Thank you.
The PC case seems to me always one of the hardest parts to chose.
Maybe because looks is important to my eyes.

I am a very careful person, so .. no problem for me.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Thank you. I was thinking "small is beautiful" and because this has a small footprint, it qualifies in my eyes as beautiful.
Actually I see it as some kind of art. You know that art is often wired anyway, right ?
