    OK ok.. Now I've formatted my PC and I've been using it for 5 days.. xD
    And now it's perfect!! Also I have installed all the programs I use.. but this time no change to the slowness.. it works perfect!! start up is also really fast!!

    BUT I DISABLED THE AUTO UPDATES!!

    nice be sure to check out comodo anti virus, its free and has an amazing firewall as well as a built in sandbox feature for extra protection. You can get it for free and cnet.com or download.com (they are the same place btw) The site is amazing for all your downloads so make sure you bookmark or add to favs.
